I doubt I'll gain much popularity for this, but you know what? I don't give a damn, I just point the truth here :)

Society has always used punishment to discourage would-be criminals from unlawful action. Since society has the highest interest in preventing murder, it should use the strongest punishment available to deter murder, and that is the death penalty.

If murderers are sentenced to death and executed, potential murderers will think twice before killing for fear of losing their own cowardice life.

Why I support the death penalty: because I do not want people who have committed senseless, malicious, violent, terrorists crimes against innocent people to be allowed to remain in this world.

They so go to hell and suffer for they cowardice and pussy action I want them to die for their sins.

■ Criminals are a waste of space: The world has too many people, a lot of those are criminals. The criminals will be gone and the crime rate will drop and they can't kill more people.

Less food and less money would be wasted on prisoners and given to those who need it.

■ It helps to reduce crime: There should be a death penalty because then criminals can not get out of jail and do another criminal act. If someone gets a lifetime sentence then they should get the death penalty.

They should get the death penalty because then we don't have to pay taxes for their food and clothing and that will save alot of money.

■ Death is real Justice: I believe that if someone murdered an innocent person then got let off they are just going to kill again, and they are just rotten scum who are just going to keep ruining lives and the world is better off without them.

Some people just do not deserve to live after they have done dangerous, stupid and crazy things. Thus meaning if you murder a innocent person you deserve death as well.

■ It save Money: Honestly, I do not believe in wasting money on expensive lethal injections or electric chair. I believe that we can execute our criminals with much cheaper forms, say a bullet to the head or a better yet how about use them as a shooting target practice or use them for humans experiments, slave or burn them alive.

It is a much more humane form of punishment than wasting hundred dollars for a life in prison or a death sentence on a electric chair or a lethal injection.

■ Possibility of innocents being executed: Sure there are maybe innocent and they are unfair arrest because the police are desperate to arrest someone, well is a easy puzzle for this: how about not sentence that person to a death penalty until is proof he/her guilty or innocent.

It's not a rocket science and with medical technology has advanced a lot over the past decade, so therefore, the errors made in DNA testing has been significantly reduced.

■ I support the death penalty because many of the criminals deserve more than a few years in jail: Though I believe that criminals should get a chance and time to feel remorse and to change themselves, some of them are beyond any remorse or changing such as, drug dealers, war criminals, terrorist, child abuser and others like them.

Life sentence also creates a financial burden on the taxpayers. To prevent crime and keep peace in society the death penalty is an essential part of law, but it should be given at only extreme cases.

■ Protection of innocence: A pathetic abuser of women maims and disfigures the soul of an innocent person: what else would be deserved but death? The selfish, self-serving soul of a rapist cares only for his twisted appetite and the poor victim is the main coarse.

You can't get more dismissive of a helpless person than that. How are we protecting the defenseless by housing and feeding a rapist for a years or so and then releasing him/her to rape again? Shame on those who opposes the death penalty.

■ But it's against human rights: Human Rights are no a excuse to give a criminal mercy when that criminal rapes or murders someone, they've infringed on THEIR rights. Why should we continue to protect theirs and allow them to play god? If a person rape a ten-year-old, slaughter a family in their home, or commit some other brutal and heinous crime, that person do not have a right to a lifetime of three hots and a cot courtesy the taxpayer.

That person do not have the right to humane treatment as they have voluntarily blown all of they rights out of they exit hole to hell.

■ Wouldn't you rather have them waste their life in prison?: Oh please have them get three square of foods a day with free gym, cable TV and games when the families victim have to deal with horror? No thanks.

■ People can change: Once a serial killer, rapist and a terrorist, they always are serial killer, rapist and terrorist. They're messed up in the head if they think that's ok, so if you give them a second chance, they'll do it again.

YOU CANNOT CHANGE THESE PEOPLE and never show a soft side to them.

Before you try to change my mind, just don't ever bother because I'm very closed minded on this and believe very strongly we need it back in this, and many other countries such as Puerto Rico.

To clarify: I do not support the death penalty for non-violent crimes such as thievery, but for murder, child rape, and similar crimes such as terrorists attack. Those who violate the rights of the innocent should forfeit their own.

Quotes: "Mercy to the guilty is treason to the innocent, and that make you a enemy of the innocents"

End of story.

Note: Flames will be ignored, and left unhidden for the more intelligent among us to laugh at the idiots. Thank you, and have a lovely day.
And that is why I support the death penalty
